Sneak Peak at The Clipboard of Fun

I'm going to have to carve out a serious chunk of time to document this past weekend's trip to Orlando, but I thought I'd give you a sense of how we tackled Disney World. This is the itinerary Neil sent me Saturday night while I was dozing on the bed next to him with the Magic Kingdom map unfolded in front of me. Oh, and just so you know, we stuck to the schedule and did it all.

1. Peter Pan's Flight
Obtain FASTPASSes for Peter Pan's Flight

2. The Haunted Mansion
Expected wait is 16 minutes.

3. The Hall of Presidents
Expected wait is 11 minutes.

4. Mickey's PhilharMagic
If wait is 15 minutes or less, see Mickey's PhilharMagic

5. If time remains before FASTPASS, pick a ride.
Snow White, Carousel, Liberty Square Riverboat are close. Tiki Room or Country Bear Jamboree if we're feeling silly.

6. Peter Pan's Flight
Ride using FASTPASSes

7. Space Mountain
Obtain FASTPASSes for Space Mountain

8. The Enchanted Tiki Room - Under New Management!
Expected wait is 7 minutes.

9. Jungle Cruise
Expected wait is 16 minutes.

10. Pirates of the Caribbean
If wait less than 10 minutes, go ahead and ride Pirates. Otherwise save for EMH.

11. Dream-Along With Mickey
Live show in front of the Castle at 4:15pm or 5:15.

12. Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
See the show if it's starting soon. Also available during EMH.

13. Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover
If Space Mountain window is approaching, save for after.

14. Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress
If Space Mountain window is approaching, save for after.

15. Space Mountain
Use FASTPASSes.

16. Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
If wait is less than 10 minutes, ride Buzz Lightyear. Otherwise save for EMH.

17. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Depending on time, possibly decide to save this for EMH itinerary.

18. If we got Thunder Mountain FASTPASSes, maybe have some dinner in the meanwhile.

19. Wishes Nighttime Spectacular
Find a spot to watch the finale show that begins at 8pm.
Try to be close to the first EMH destination.
